1. Shipping Methods
Baumarkt uses professional shipping methods to ensure goods are delivered to customers safely and intact.
- Inner City Delivery: Direct delivery by specialized trucks within Hanoi and major cities
- Inter-provincial Shipping: Using professional shipping services, ensuring goods safety
- Special Shipping: For large products requiring special handling
- Installation Delivery: Combined delivery and installation at customer's home
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation date and successful payment:
- In-stock Products: 3-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- Custom Orders: 20-25 business days (depending on complexity and quantity)
- Complete Furniture Packages: 15-30 business days (including preparation and installation time)
- Express Delivery: Express delivery can be requested with additional fees (contact for details)
Note: Delivery time may change due to weather conditions, traffic situations or force majeure events. Baumarkt will notify as soon as possible if there are changes.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:
- Distance: From warehouse/delivery point to delivery address
- Size and Weight: Large or heavy products will have higher shipping fees
- Product Type: Fragile products or those requiring special handling
- Additional Services: Installation, carrying to higher floors
Free Shipping:
- Orders over 5,000,000 VND in inner city Hanoi
- Orders over 10,000,000 VND for other provinces (within 50km radius from city center)
- Complete furniture packages (applicable to all areas)
Shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during the ordering process. Customers can view detailed shipping fees before confirming the order.
4. Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: After successful payment, Baumarkt will confirm the order and notify expected delivery time
- Product Preparation: Goods are carefully packaged to ensure safety during transportation
- Delivery Notification: Delivery staff will contact 1-2 days in advance to confirm address and delivery time
- Delivery: Delivery staff will arrive at the correct address and scheduled time
- Inspection and Signing: Customers should inspect goods before signing, ensuring correct products and condition
- Installation (if applicable): Staff will proceed with installation as requested (with additional fees if applicable)
5. Delivery Conditions
- Customers need to provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Someone must be available to receive goods at the delivery address during business hours (8:00 - 17:00)
- Ensure access road and space sufficient for trucks and delivery staff to access
- If no one is available, the order will be redelivered the next day (maximum 3 times)
- After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to warehouse and customer will bear return shipping fees
- For large products, customers need to ensure there is an elevator or suitable transport route
6. Packaging and Storage
Baumarkt commits to professional packaging to ensure safety during transportation:
- Using specialized packaging materials, shockproof and moisture-resistant
- Individual packaging for each product, avoiding collisions
- Clear labeling with order information and handling instructions
- For fragile products, using sturdy carton boxes and special protective materials
- Clear notes on placement direction, avoiding reverse or upside-down placement
7. Problem Handling
7.1. Goods Damaged During Transportation
- Customers should refuse to receive goods and clearly note on the delivery receipt
- Take photos as evidence and contact Baumarkt immediately
- Baumarkt will send a new product or refund depending on the situation
- No shipping fees in this case
7.2. Wrong Address or Wrong Product Delivery
- Contact hotline immediately for support
- Baumarkt will adjust and redeliver correct product/address as soon as possible
- No shipping fees in case of Baumarkt's error
7.3. Late Delivery
- If delivery is later than committed time, Baumarkt will notify and explain the reason
- In case of delay due to Baumarkt's error, customers may receive compensation or reduced shipping fees
